Introduction
This guide walks you through the three practical ways to source creators on Passionfroot:
Using Zest to generate curated lists
Searching manually with the Discovery tool
Publishing Live Campaigns so creators apply to you
If you’re looking to reach out, send proposals, or manage collaborations, head to Collaborations.
1 - Zest - Your AI agent for Creator Discovery
On Passionfroot, discovering creators is about finding partners who can help you reach the right audience and drive results.
The easiest way to find the right creators is to use our AI agent, Zest, which helps you build your campaign based on your ICP, budget, and goals.
1A - Shape your first Campaign:
Open your workspace.
Or go to your Home page or click on Zest in the left navigation.
Use Quick Prompts
Open your workspace.
Go to Home or click Zest in the left navigation.
Under Quick Prompts, click Discover creators.
Start a new chat.
Start typing to complement Quick Prompts
Zest will ask clarifying questions to know more about your:
Target audience or ICP
Platform(s)
Industry or niche
Region
Budget range (optional)
Examples:
“Looking for LinkedIn creators speaking to product leaders in B2B SaaS”
“Looking for TikTok creators in the US and UK speaking to Gen Z, budget up to $50,000, focused on startups”
Zest will analyze your input and return a suggested campaign, with a curated list of relevant creators based on your context - and will ask follow-up questions to help clarify important details of the campaign before finalizing the recommendations.
External Creators: Zest finds both creators already on Passionfroot and relevant external creators outside the platform. Based on your inputs, it returns a combined list that matches your location, audience, campaign type, and budget - so you can explore all strong options in one place.
Your Campaign is created by Zest
Use prompts to refine your search
After receiving results, continue to refine creator results in Zest within an existing chat.
How to refine:
Type what you want to change in the chat.
Ask for alternatives or comparisons.
“Find newsletter creators reaching 20-35 years old writers in Europe”
“Looking for creators with a developer audience in North America”
Add constraints or exclusions.
“Focus on LinkedIn creators”
Request additional creator profiles.
💡 Zest will use available platform, audience, demographic, and location signals to surface creators that match your needs and update results in real time.
Save your Campaign
When you start a conversation in Zest without selecting an existing campaign, Zest won’t create a campaign right away. A campaign is only created once you choose to save the campaign plan or save creators to a campaign.
Move the selected creators directly to the newly created campaign.
This is the fastest way to move from strategy to a working shortlist.
💡 Note: Creator recommendations with Zest
Zest can recommend creators based on your campaign context and past performance data.Send Individual or Mass Outreaches to Creators with Zest.
Now, you can use Passionfroot to send outreach to multiple creators at once - making it easy to start conversations at scale without juggling spreadsheets.
As soon as outreach is sent a dedicated chat is created for each creator.
Conversations appear in your Inbox, and you can continue the discussion, request proposals, and share assets from there
This ensures your outreach efforts stay connected to execution - not scattered across tools.
With mass outreach, you can:
Contact multiple creators in a single workflow
Keep every conversation organized in your Inbox
Track replies and next steps without switching views
Move seamlessly from outreach to collaboration
8.1. Draft outreach messages with Zest
Zest can help you draft outreach messages before sending them to creators.
This is especially useful when you’re reaching out to multiple creators for the same campaign.
1B - There are TWO ways to connect with Creators
When reaching out you can choose to either send a Request or an Inquiry:
Book a product: Creators have pre-fixed products on their channels that they offer more regularly. For example, if you know you want a Main Ad in a Newsletter or a Pre-roll Ad in a Podcast - you can book a date directly!
Send an Inquiry: If you’re not sure what to book, or want a custom package use the ‘Get in touch’ button. We recommend you include your goals, why you want to work with them, and info about your product so they can better serve you.
💡 Campaigns use the new proposal flow by default. Whenever you send a new inquiry from a campaign or Discovery, the improved proposal experience helps you move from interest to confirmed collaboration more smoothly.
1C - Optimize your next Campaign based on campaign learnings
Use what worked before to scale what works next.
Zest can use your previous collaborations - such as creator performance, CPM, formats, and audience fit - to help you discover similar creators and refine your next campaign.
Find Similar Creators:
At the start of a new chat, click Discover creators under Quick Prompts, or
Type a request directly in the chat, such as:
“Recommend creators similar to the ones I’ve worked with” or
“Suggest creators for a campaign targeting product leaders.”
“Find creators similar to the top performers from my last SaaS campaign”
“Suggest creators like the ones with the lowest CPM in my previous campaign”
“Find creators similar to the TikTok profiles that drove the most conversions”
“Recommend creators based on my past fintech campaigns”
Zest will analyze your input and return creator recommendations aligned with your campaign context.
1D - External Proposals
Passionfroot’s vetted creator pool helps you quickly find reliable partners and run campaigns with confidence.
External Proposals add flexibility by letting you work with creators outside the marketplace while keeping all your creator marketing centralized in one workspace.
You describe the creators you want to work with, Passionfroot helps curate relevant profiles, and you can send proposals externally to start conversations and move toward collaboration.
When to use External Proposals
External Proposals are useful when you:
Want to work with a specific creator who isn’t on Passionfroot yet;
Are expanding into a creator pool where you need more creators than are currently available on Passionfroot.
How External Proposals work
External Proposals follow a simple flow from curation to outreach.
1 - Using Zest, describe the creators you’re looking for
Try this:
“Find mid-size YouTube creators in Germany for a developer tools launch.”
“I’m looking for TikTok creators in Brazil for an awareness campaign.”
2 - Review curated creators
Based on your inputs, Passionfroot surfaces creators that match your criterias - even if they’re not yet on the platform.
You can review these suggestions and decide who you want to contact.
3 - Send proposals externally
Once you’ve chosen who to reach out to, send them a proposal directly.
Creators receive your message and collaboration details, and once they join Passionfroot, they’ll already have both a conversation and a proposal waiting - so you can continue the process without restarting.
4 - Track everything in one place
After outreach is sent:
Proposals are linked to your campaign
You can follow up, share assets, and move the collaboration forward
This keeps external sourcing connected to execution - not scattered across tools.
What happens next
As creators join, collaborations flow through your workflow with full visibility and control, just like existing Passionfroot creators.
2 - Discovery
You can also go to the Discovery Tab, which also enables you to discover, evaluate, book, and collaborate with creators.
From the Discovery Tab, you can:
Use the Search Assistant to select channels, explore topics, and match campaign goals.
Apply filters to narrow down your creator search by hitting the ‘add filter’ button.
Narrow down by specific platform audience and performance metrics - or demographics across platforms.
Browse creators directly in Discovery.
Scan recent content
Compare performance
Filter by channel
Use Match Score as a relevance signal.
> 50 = relevant
> 70 = strong match
Open a creator profile
Click on a creator to see their profile in the side view. Here we summarize everything you need to know about them including their match score, description, channels, recent content, performance, audience, products, previous sponsors, and rates.
If you prefer to view the creator’s personalized media-kit you can flip to the Storefront tab to get even more detailed information created by the creator themself. Here you’ll find product previews, sponsorship examples, and other personal stats.
Save a creator to a campaign
Click the bookmark icon next to a creator.
Select an existing campaign or create a new one.
Send a proposal
Click Send proposal or Book on a creator.
In the proposal modal, choose an existing campaign or create a new one before sending.
Both options ensure the creator and collaboration are linked to the correct campaign from the start.
3 - Live Campaigns
Live Campaigns enables you to publish specific campaign briefs that creators on Passionfroot can apply to. You’ll find the Publish button in the top right of your campaign view.
In 4 steps you can save time on sourcing creators by letting creators come to you:
Create a campaign
Zest can help you define and refine your Live Campaign before publishing.
Describe your goal in natural language, and Zest will suggest:
The right platforms and content formats
Audience segments to target
Clear positioning for your campaign description
Categories and creator profiles to focus on
This will help you create a campaign with description, platforms, categories, timing, and any other details creators need to know to work with you.
Right now you can restrict creator applicants by reach and category - feel free to add any other restrictions of who you’re looking for in the description. As you add restrictions you’ll see the overall amount of eligible creators who will see your campaign.
💡 Zest helps you frame campaigns that attract the right creators by aligning your brief with your business goals.
Usage Guidelines
Live Campaigns get distributed to our user base of creators. In order to not waste their time and also maintain a healthy platform dynamic we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
Live Campaigns are for flat-fee sponsorships only.
Do not publish a live campaign for affiliate programs, revenue share deals, CPC/CPM deals.
Do not publish a live campaign for general inquiries or announcements. Do not misrepresent your budget.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your Live Campaign being unpublished, and if strongly misused, your Discovery access as well.
Publish and go live
Go to your Campaign tab and select the campaign you have created:
Once you hit Publish, our team will quickly review your campaign to ensure it adheres to our usage guidelines. Once approved your will go live and creators fitting your brief can apply to it! Reviews are conducted within 24 hours.
If your campaign does not get approved, you can edit it to comply with the usage guidelines and then re-submit it for approval.
Review and accept applications
Once you start to get applicants you’ll see them in your Applicants tab in the campaign. Here you have 3 options for responding to an applicant:
I’m interested: This accepts a creator so that you can start a conversation and ask them for a Passionfroot proposal.
Save for later: This lets you save the creator to your shortlist, without opening a chat with them yet.
Decline: This declines the creator’s application and notifies them that they weren’t a fit for this campaign.
Collaborate as usual
Once you've accepted certain creators, simply send them requests or ask them for a proposal in your chat to start collaborating as usual.
Here's a quick video on how to get started with Live Campaigns:
That’s it! Looking forward to helping you grow. 😊
