Analytics gives you one place to review performance across creators, posts, and collaborations. It’s a centralized view that’s easy to scan, filter, customize, and share.
Supported metrics include: impressions, views, engagement, CPM, spend, and campaign status - depending on the platform and data availability.
Eligibility: Analytics is available to all partners.
Summary campaign-level metrics, such as CPM, are available on Scale plans, while Growth plans can track live posts but don’t have access to aggregated campaign summaries.
Zest: You can also use Zest to ask questions about your performance and generate campaign reports in seconds - without manually scanning tables or filters.
Analytics overview
Analytics brings together your campaign results across creators and channels so you can see what’s working and why.
When a creator’s post goes live, they need to share the post link in the chat. From there, partners can click Track link to start tracking supported public metrics in Analytics.
Creators can add private metrics when needed, and results then appear in Analytics for filtering and review.
Note: You can also ask Zest to generate reports for specific timeframes - such as your last campaign, month, or quarter - to quickly summarize performance and insights.
Analytics includes:
Aggregation cards – High-level totals like Reach, Engagement, Engagement Rate, and Spend.
Performance table – Every collaboration and post in one place.
Filters & sorting – Slice by creator, campaign, platform, status, and date range.
Customization – Choose which cards and columns you want to see.
💡 With Zest, you can summarize these views instantly - for example, asking for a breakdown by campaign, platform, or creator performance.
1. Insights with Zest
Zest builds on this data by letting you ask questions about your campaigns, collaborations, and posts - turning Analytics into a conversation instead of a dashboard you need to configure.
2. Analytics Tab
The Analytics tab brings all your campaign, creator, and content performance into one place.
How to use it:
Open the Analytics tab from the left navigation.
Apply filters to select a campaign, timeframe, or creators.
Use the Display button to choose which metrics you want to see.
Review the charts and tables to spot trends and top-performing content.
Note: You can now also start a Zest report directly from both the Analytics and Collaborations views, making it faster to turn performance data into insights.
If you request a report for a campaign, we’ll reuse the same report for 24 hours - so repeat requests won’t require waiting for regeneration.
How data is collected
Automatic fetch – After content goes live, Passionfroot fetches public metrics where supported.
Creator inputs – For private metrics, creators receive prompts to add data.
Backfill – If a collaboration is paid after the slot date, Analytics requests past-date reports to backfill results.
Cancellations – If a collaboration is cancelled, its result request is cancelled to keep response rates accurate.
Daily updates – Posts with a valid URL on a supported platform refresh daily.
Key capabilities
Aggregation cards
Scan performance at a glance. Pick the cards that matter to your team (Reach, Engagement, Engagement Rate, Spend) and reorder or hide the rest.
💡 Zest can summarize aggregation cards for you and highlight key changes across campaigns - making it easy to spot what’s driving results.
Performance table
Dive into the details. Sort and filter across creators, campaigns, platforms, and dates. Customize columns to keep the metrics you care about front and center.
💡 You can ask Zest to analyze this table for you - such as identifying top-performing collaborations or comparing results across platforms.
Post links & daily updates
Keep tracking accurate - even when links come in late.
Partner-submitted post links – Add post URLs yourself without waiting for creators.
Partner-added URLs in internal collaborations – Attach links directly to collabs so results still track if creators don’t submit them.
Edit post links in Analytics – Fix or update links right from the Analytics page to resolve tracking mismatches.
Enhanced post data fetching – When a valid post link exists on a supported platform, we reliably pull in data.
Daily post statistics updates – If a post has a URL on a supported platform, metrics refresh automatically every day.
External collaboration results
Worked with a creator outside Passionfroot? You can still track it.
Add external posts – Use External collab updates to add the post (URL/platform) and its metrics.
Edit external stats – Update or correct numbers on external collabs so insights stay complete.
All external entries appear in the performance table and roll up into your aggregation cards.
FAQ
💡 If you’d rather not build views manually, Zest can answer common Analytics questions for you - like campaign performance, spend breakdowns, or engagement trends.
Who can access Analytics?
All partners can access Analytics.
Scale plans include campaign-level summary metrics such as CPM, while other plans can track live posts without aggregated summaries.
Can I customize the view?
Yes. You can choose which aggregation cards and table columns are visible.
Why can’t I see a post yet?
It may still be fetching public metrics or awaiting creator input for private metrics. If the collaboration was cancelled, the request was cancelled as well.
What if a platform isn’t supported or some fields are missing?
If a platform isn’t supported or some metrics are missing, creators can manually add private metrics to their collaboration. Partners can also rely on the shared post link and tracked public data where available.
Can I change or fix a post link?
Yes. You can edit post links directly in Analytics to resolve tracking mismatches. Daily updates resume once a valid link is set.
Do cancellations affect my totals or response rates?
No. Cancelled collaborations cancel their result requests, and failed or cancelled requests do not count toward totals.
