At Passionfroot, we vet all creators who sign up to ensure that the marketplace features high-quality, relevant profiles that align with our standards and B2B focus. Here’s everything you need to know about the vetting process and what your status means.
🕒 What Happens After You Sign Up?
When you first sign up, your profile enters a Pending Vetting state. This phase typically lasts up to 48 hours, during which our team reviews your profile, audience, and content.
To make the most of your time during this phase:
Complete Your Storefront Setup: Add products to your storefront (such as services you offer), write a compelling description of your audience and content using relevant keywords, and include all your channels.
Link Your Social Media Accounts: Sync platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc., to display live stats and enhance credibility.
Set Clear Pricing: Define price points clearly to help brands understand your value.
During this time, you can still complete other onboarding steps like setting up your storefront, and adding payout methods.
✅ What Happens After Vetting?
Once our team has reviewed your profile, your vetting status will be updated to either:
Approved
This means your profile has met the criteria for being featured in our Marketplace.
After completing all other onboarding steps, your profile can go live in the Marketplace, where partners can discover you.
Limited
This means your profile is not listed in the Marketplace, but you can still receive direct inbound requests via your storefront.
Share your Passionfroot storefront through your own channels (e.g., email, social media, website) to attract potential partners.
🔍 How Do We Vet Creators?
Our vetting process focuses on:
Relevance to B2B Brands: Creators must demonstrate particular relevance to business-to-business (B2B) brands, especially in technology and business sectors. This ensures that creators meet the platform's target market demands.
Strong, Authentic Engagement: Creators should have high levels of engagement with their audiences, focusing on authenticity over artificial metrics.
Well-Established Audience: Passionfroot looks for creators with a significant and established follower base. This ensures greater visibility and impact for collaborating brands.
Track Record of Brand Partnerships: A consistent history of successful collaborations with brands signifies the creator’s reliability and effectiveness in past partnerships.
If your profile is set to Limited, it may be because your content or audience doesn’t align with our B2B Marketplace focus at this time. This doesn’t mean you can’t use Passionfroot—you’re still fully empowered to manage your workflows and work with brands through your storefront. The Limited status also means your profile will not appear in Passionfroot's Discovery Network, which is another term for our B2B-focused Marketplace.
💡 Need Help or Think We Missed Something?
