Collaborations View
The Collaborations tab is where you manage all creator partnerships across your campaigns.
When you open this view, you’ll see a summary that helps you stay in control of execution and budget. From here, you can:
Separate collaborations by campaign to keep different initiatives organized.
Track your budget in real time, including estimated spend, confirmed budget, and paid-out amounts - so you always know where your money is going.
Use filters at the top of the table to quickly spot what needs attention, such as creators waiting for approval, posts that are overdue, or collaborations still in negotiation.
This table lists every collaboration in the campaign, giving you a single place to monitor progress, spending, and creator performance at a glance.
To narrow your focus, use the filters at the top of the screen - use below the campaign name. Click these filters to select:
specific creators
specific products
specific platforms
collaboration stage - This is useful because you can filter collaborations by required actions - for example, finding those marked Payment due.
These controls help you quickly answer questions like who is still negotiating, which posts are going live soon, or how much budget remains for a specific campaign.
Inbox
Our Inbox feature lets you stay in touch with creators, review proposals, submit assets, and make payments—all in one place! Access your messages and collaborations seamlessly in one central location within your workspace.
For even more smooth communication you can send attachments in your chat with the creator be it files, photos, videos and lots more!

Coming Soon… Conversation Assistant Agent
The Conversation Assistant Agent is a new AI-powered productivity feature that helps partners manage creator conversations more efficiently. It automatically identifies next steps, tracks key actions, and keeps your inbox organized—all within Passionfroot.

With the Conversation Assistant Agent, you can easily turn chat messages into actionable to-dos. This helps you stay on top of follow-ups, content reviews, and other key collaboration steps without missing a beat.
