Share your content performance with partners and build stronger relationships by showcasing your impact. Performance metrics help demonstrate the value of your collaborations with real data.

How it works

Once your content goes live, Passionfroot automatically requests performance data to share with your partner. This helps both you and your partners track collaboration success without the usual back-and-forth of manual reporting.

We know you're busy. That's why we've automated most tasks β€” just share the link to your sponsored content and we'll fetch all publicly available data. Spend less time managing reports and more time creating great content.

The performance tracking flow

Day before sponsored content goes live: You'll receive a notification asking you to confirm or adjust your content slot. This ensures everyone's aligned on when your content will be published.

Day after content goes live: You'll receive an email and in-app message inviting you to share content performance. Click the provided link, share your sponsored content URL, and Passionfruit automatically fetches publicly available metrics (views, likes, comments, etc.). For platforms with private metrics, you'll be asked to add additional data.

Stay on top of your requests

Manage all your reporting requests in the collaboration view under the reporting tab. You'll see all your collaborations and their reporting status at a glance.

Updating performance data

Partners may request updated metrics to see the full impact of your content over time. When this happens, you'll receive an email notification and in-app message. Simply open the update request, review and update the metrics with current data, and add any context or comments about the performance.

Best practices

Share your content link within 24 hours of publishing for the most accurate initial data. Be transparent β€” include all relevant metrics, even if they're below expectations. Use the comments feature to add context about any factors that might have affected performance. Remember that content often performs better over time, so keep updating metrics when requested to show the full picture.
