Share your content performance with partners and build stronger relationships by showcasing your impact. Performance metrics help demonstrate the value of your collaborations with real data.
How it works
Once your sponsored content goes live, Passionfroot automatically requests performance data to share with your partner. You’ll need to share the link to your post so Passionfroot can fetch performance data.
This helps both you and your partners track collaboration success without the usual back-and-forth of manual reporting.
We know you're busy. That's why we've automated most tasks — just share the link to your sponsored content and we'll fetch all publicly available data. Spend less time managing reports and more time creating great content.
After you share the link:
Passionfroot automatically pulls public metrics where supported (e.g., views, likes, comments).
If private metrics are needed (such as reach, impressions, or saves), you’ll get a quick prompt to add them.
Once a valid post URL is attached, stats refresh daily—no repeated uploads needed.
Always share the live, public URL (not a draft or preview link) to make sure your data syncs correctly.
The performance tracking flow
Day before publish: You’ll receive a notification to confirm or adjust your content slot so timing is clear for everyone.
Day after publish: You’ll get an email and in-app message to share your post link. Add the URL, and Passionfroot will pull in public metrics automatically. For private metrics, you’ll see a short form to complete.
Backfill (when needed): If the collaboration was paid after the slot date, you may get a request to submit results for a past post—this helps your partner keep their campaign data complete.
Cancellations: If a collaboration is cancelled, its report request is cancelled too. No action needed.
Where to find your requests
You can manage all your reporting requests directly in Passionfroot.
Go to your Requests page to see all pending report requests, or open the Reports tab inside each collaboration to view their status and respond. You’ll find every collaboration and its reporting progress in one place—so you always know what’s pending, shared, or completed.
Not sharing results affects your response rate on Passionfroot. A higher response rate helps you get discovered by more brands.
Best practices
For the most accurate results, share your link within 24 hours of publishing. Be transparent and include all relevant metrics, even if they’re below expectations. Add short notes or context to help partners interpret your performance, and make sure your post link stays stable—if the URL changes, update it so daily tracking continues smoothly.
