Live Campaigns enables you to publish specific campaign briefs that creators on Passionfroot can apply to. You’ll find the Publish button in the top right of your campaign view.

In 4 steps you can save time on sourcing creators by letting creators come to you:

  1. Create a campaign

Create a campaign with description, platforms, categories, timing, and any other details creators need to know to work with you.

    image

Right now you can restrict creator applicants by reach and category - feel free to add any other restrictions of who you’re looking for in the description. As you add restrictions you’ll see the overall amount of eligible creators who will see your campaign.

    Usage Guidelines:

Live Campaigns get distributed to our user base of creators. In order to not waste their time and also maintain a healthy platform dynamic we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

    • Live Campaigns are for flat-fee sponsorships only.

    • Do not publish a live campaign for affiliate programs, revenue share deals, CPC/CPM deals.

    • Do not publish a live campaign for general inquiries or announcements. Do not misrepresent your budget.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your Live Campaign being unpublished, and if strongly misused, your Discovery access as well.

  2. Publish and go live

    image

Once you hit Publish, our team will quickly review your campaign to ensure it adheres to our usage guidelines. Once approved your will go live and creators fitting your brief can apply to it! Reviews are conducted within 24 hours.

If your campaign does not get approved, you can edit it to comply with the usage guidelines and then re-submit it for approval.

  3. Review and accept applications

    image

Once you start to get applicants you’ll see them in your Applicants tab in the campaign. Here you have 3 options for responding to an applicant:

    • I’m interested: This accepts a creator so that you can start a conversation and ask them for a Passionfroot proposal.

    • Save for later: This lets you save the creator to your shortlist, without opening a chat with them yet.

    • Decline: This declines the creator’s application and notifies them that they weren’t a fit for this campaign.

  4. Collaborate as usual

Once you've accepted certain creators, simply send them requests or ask them for a proposal in your chat to start collaborating as usual.

Here's a quick video on how to get started with Live Campaigns:

Get Discovered

image

Just as you can discover creators, now creators can also discover you! Discover enables you to tell creators that match your target categories that you’re open for collaboration pitches. Let the creators come to you 😎

Toggle On: Discoverability

image

All you need to do is toggle it on in your workspace, and creators in categories you're interested in can message you to pitch potential sponsorships. All these messages will show up neatly in your workspace inbox, making it easy for you to keep track and collaborate with creators that match with you!

You can always toggle this on or off depending on if you get too many pitches or don’t want to be approached and simply want to use our Discover feature.

💡 What do Creators see when I toggle this on?

image

When you activate this feature, a card displaying your company name and website appears on creators’ “Discover” tab in their workspace. Your card will only be shown to creators that have the same category overlap as you. Creators visit your website to learn more about your brand and offerings and then hit the "Connect" button to send you a direct message to explore collaboration possibilities on Passionfroot. Creators are limited to 5 ‘Connects’ per week to ensure they only reach out to you if they think it’s a good fit.

We are working on updates to this feature to enable you to share more details about the campaign you are running, type of creators you are looking for, and your performance targets to ensure you get relevant inbound.
