Your discoverability score

See how easy it is for brands to find you and which tasks raise your level.

Written by Hugo Ibiapina

Your discoverability score shows how easy it is for brands to find you on Passionfroot. It also lists the tasks that make you easier to find.

Where to find it

Go to Home. In the "At a glance" section, find the "Discoverability score" card. Click See how to improve. A panel opens with your level and your tasks.

The Storefront Editor also shows your open tasks, at the top.

Your level

The score is a level, not a number. From lowest to highest, the four levels are "Off the radar", "Hard to find", "Findable" and "Visible". Finish your open tasks to raise your level.

Raise your level

The panel puts your tasks in groups. There is one group for your storefront and one group for each channel. A check mark shows that a task is done.

To finish a task, click it. Some tasks open a small window on Home.

For example, "Describe this channel" asks for one line about what you publish there. Type the line and click Save. The task gets a check mark at once.

The line also shows on your storefront, under the channel name.

Other tasks open the Storefront Editor and point to the field you need. "Add a profile photo" works this way.

These are examples of the tasks in the panel:

  • Storefront: Show past collaborations, Add a profile photo, Price your products, Write your short bio

  • Each channel: Describe this channel, Verify your channel, Add where your audience lives

What the score does not do

Brands do not see your score. The score itself does not move you up or down in search results.

The tasks still matter. A complete profile matches more brand searches. Brands also check these details before they book.

Who sees the score

If your profile is approved or still in review, you see the score. If your profile was not approved, you do not see a score.

If brands do not contact you, open your discoverability score on Home first. Finish your open tasks, then check your level again.
