An invite link opens your campaign brief for a creator, and the creator joins your campaign from that page.
Send it to creators you already know, already work with, or found yourself outside Passionfroot.
Each creator who joins arrives as a collaboration in that campaign, with a conversation between you and them.
Publish your brief first
The invite link opens your brief, so the brief comes first. Until your brief is published with content a creator can read, the Invites tab shows the card "Three steps to your first invite".
The three steps are Write your brief, Publish it and Share your invite link. Step one offers Draft with Zest, or write it yourself. When you have a draft, step two offers Review and publish, or refine it with Zest.
Share your invite link
Open Campaigns in the left navigation.
Select your campaign.
Open the Invites tab.
Press Copy link. You see "Invite link copied".
The card reads "Your invite link is live". Next to it, a preview shows the page a creator opens. Press Open the invite page to see the full page.
Each campaign has one general invite link. Send it to one creator, or put it in a mailing list. The link has no end date, and no limit on the number of creators who use it.
Copy the link from the campaign menus
Open the three-dot menu at the top right of your campaign. The link is under Grow campaign. The campaign's menu in the left sidebar has the same item.
The label tells you what a press does. Before your brief is published, it reads Set up invite link and opens the Invites tab. After that, it reads Copy invite link.
Creators you added through Zest get a personal invite link
Zest can add creators who are not on Passionfroot yet to your campaign as draft collaborations. Each of those drafts has its own link. Open the collaboration, open the more actions menu, and press Copy personal invite link. You see "Personal invite link for [name] copied".
A personal link belongs to one creator. When that creator joins, your inquiry lands on the collaboration you already saved, and no second one appears.
What the creator sees
The link opens your published brief. The headline reads "Join [campaign name]". Below it, the creator reads "[Your brand] handpicked you for this opportunity." and "Read the brief and sign up below." The button reads Sign up to join.
A creator without an account signs up first, and the invite stays with them through signup. A creator who is already signed in to Passionfroot joins with one press and lands on their home page.
What you see when a creator joins
A conversation opens between you and the creator. The first message is an inquiry from your side:
"Hi [name], Great to have you on board! When you're ready, use Send proposal below to tell us what you'd create and your rate. It makes the process faster for both of us."
Passionfroot sends it in the name of the campaign owner. Where the campaign has no active owner, an admin in your workspace is the sender. The creator then sends you a proposal with their idea and their rate.
The creator appears in the campaign's Collaborations tab, with the collab stage Contacted. A creator who joins twice gets no second collaboration. A teammate who opens your link creates nothing.
If you unpublish your brief, the link opens signup instead
The link has no brief to open, so it takes the creator to Passionfroot signup. A creator who finishes signup that way still joins your campaign, without reading your brief. Publish your brief again and the same link opens it.
