To ensure a safe, transparent, and professional experience for everyone on Passionfroot, we ask all partners and creators to follow a few core guidelines when collaborating on the platform.

These guidelines help protect both sides of a collaboration, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure that payments, deliverables, and communication remain secure and properly documented.

Keep collaborations on the platform

All collaboration activity should happen within Passionfroot.

This includes:

  • proposals and agreements

  • messaging and communication

  • deliverables and reporting

  • payments and invoices

Keeping collaborations on the platform ensures that both partners and creators benefit from clear documentation, secure payments, and platform support if any issue arises.

Attempting to move collaborations off-platform (for example, to complete the deal privately) may result in restrictions on the account.

Payments must be processed through Passionfroot

All payments related to collaborations initiated on Passionfroot must be completed through the platform.

Processing payments through Passionfroot ensures:

  • secure payment processing

  • clear financial records for both parties

  • proper invoice tracking

  • protection in case of disputes

We strongly recommend not sending or requesting payments outside the platform, as these transactions cannot be supported or verified by our team.

Affiliate-only deals are not allowed

Collaborations that rely only on affiliate commissions are not permitted on the platform.

Creators should always receive clear and guaranteed compensation for their work when entering a collaboration.

Affiliate links or commission-based incentives can be included as an additional performance bonus, but they cannot replace a guaranteed collaboration payment.

Maintain professional communication

We encourage all users to communicate respectfully and professionally when working together.

This includes:

  • responding to messages in a timely manner

  • clearly communicating expectations and deliverables

  • avoiding misleading offers or unclear terms

Maintaining clear communication helps collaborations run smoothly and prevents unnecessary disputes.

Report suspicious behavior

If you encounter behavior that appears suspicious or violates these guidelines β€” such as attempts to move a deal off-platform or requests for payment outside Passionfroot - please contact our support team.
