🎉 You’ve got your first sponsorship request or inquiry - exciting! 🎉

Here’s how to go from request to payment in 3 simple steps.

When a brand reaches out, it’s your turn to respond with a proposal.

Once they accept it, they can complete the payment.

Remember: to get paid on Passionfroot, you need to send a proposal first.

Step 1: Review the request and send your proposal

Open the request in your workspace and decide whether to accept or reject it.

If you’d like to suggest a different price or date, don’t reject it—simply create a new proposal.

Once the brand accepts your new proposal, they’ll be able to make the payment right away.

1. Click "New Proposal".

Go to the chat with the brand and click “New Proposal” in the bottom left.

Magic! You sent the proposal to the brand.

The partner will review your proposal, and if everything looks good, they’ll accept it. If auto-send for the payment request was active, they’ll receive the invoice from Passionfroot right away

Step 2: Send your invoice and get paid

Getting paid on Passionfroot is fast and simple.

You can collect payments through Stripe (credit card) or Passionfroot Bank Transfer - perfect for regions where Stripe isn’t available.

To send your invoice:

  1. Go to the Payments tab.

  2. Select the collaboration you want to get paid for.

  3. Click Request Payment.

You can also customize details like the due date, VAT, and billing info before sending.

Once you send the request, your partner will receive an email with a payment link and a summary of their order. They can then pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Here’s an example of what your invoice will look like:

Step 3: Receive creative briefing (optional)

Once you’re paid, the partner will send you a standard creative briefing. It includes key points, links, and any assets they’d like you to include in your content. The briefing form isn’t customizable, but if you need extra details or want to clarify something, you can message the partner directly in the chat.

Currently, the creative briefing form isn’t personalized. When you click “Send Creative Briefing Form,” it’s automatically sent to the brand.

The form is optimized for newsletter collaborations and helps collect the key details we need, including:

Your one-liner

  • A short product or brand description

  • The call to action

  • The link to promote your brand or company

  • Ad assets

  • Social handles

To send the creative briefing, please make sure to select the following option:

Apart from this, our new attachments feature allows you to send and receive files at any time.
