You’ve received your first sponsorship request or inquiry! Now what?

You can go from request to payment in 4 simple steps:

image

Step 1: Review your request

Review the request in your workspace and simply accept or reject it. If you want to propose a different price or date to the brand instead of rejecting it outright, you can simply send a new proposal to them. Once they accept the new proposal, they can proceed to pay.

Step 2: Send invoice and get paid

In order to get paid, you need to create or connect your existing Stripe account on the ‘Payments’ tab in the Workspace. Click on the transaction you wish to collect payment for in the ‘Payments’ tab. Here you can choose to collect billing information or request payment. You can set preferred due date, VAT, and ask for more invoice details if you need.

This is what an exemplary invoice looks like:

Step 3: Receive creative briefing

Once you’re paid, the partner sends over a creative briefing, letting you know about any specifications they have for what they’ve booked. This might include key communication points, links and further creative assets to integrate into your content. See what this process looks like below:

Apart from this, with our new attachments feature you can now send and receive attachments whenever you please.

Step 4: Propose content (optional)

If there’s anything you want to change or add to the creative brief, you can choose to propose content, which will get reviewed by the brand.

The brand may suggest edits or simply accept the proposed content

You can skip this step if you’re happy with the creative brief provided by the brand. Click “Skip to Ready”, which will let the partner know that you’ve received their creative brief.

And that’s it! We hope Passionfroot is an easier way for you to handle sponsorships, collaboration requests, bookings, and payments. Check out our FAQs if you have any more questions!
