User Settings

Change personal details

You can easily update your name and role on our platform now. Simply navigate to your settings, where you'll find the option to change your personal details. For a step-by-step guide, check out our demo on how to do this. Keep your details current and accurate with ease!

Setting or Updating Passwords

Partners have the option to set a new password or update their existing one through the settings page in the partner workspace.

• Access Your Settings: Navigate to your Settings page > Login & Security

• Set Up Your Password: Create your initial password. Once your password is set, you can log in using the same link as before and you'll be prompted to enter it when logging in.

• Forgot Your Password?: If you forget your password, simply click "Forgot password". We'll send you an email with a code. Enter that code to set a new password.

• No Password Set Up?: If you haven't set up a password yet, you can continue to log in as usual using the magic link provided.

In the company details section you can change how your company name is displayed to creators as well as the website associated with your brand.

On our premium plans you can invite your marketing team, legal, graphics, finance, and other departments to accelerate all of your collaborations! There are 2 user types: Admin: Can invite users to the workspace Member: Can’t invite users to the workspace, but do everything else!

Passionfroot is free for all sponors to use, but if you want to get more out of the product we recommend that you upgrade to one of our premium plans. You can view and learn more about these plans here. If you want a custom setup with certain features at a bespoke price simply contact our sales team! We’d love to help you. Plans are billed on a monthly basis via Credit Card. If you need billing via invoice please contact [email protected].
