Passionfroot offers the easiest way for marketers to pay creators globally. Whether you pay by card, transfer, or procurement - we got you covered. To ensure a smooth collaboration, here is a detailed guide regarding our payment options.
The payment flow
Once you’ve accepted a proposal (learn more here) - you can proceed to payment by simply locating the payment request in your chat with the creator or in your to-do table on your homepage.
To-do table
You’ll find open payment requests in your to-do table. Simply hit the ‘pay’ button to access your payment link/invoice.
Payment links in chat
1. Locate the payment request sent by the creator in your Passionfroot chat.
2. Enter the payment request and enter your billing information as prompted.
3. Pick your preferred payment method and pay: Bank Transfer or Card Payment. Once you’ve selected method you can also download an invoice and receipt from the payment page.
Card Payments
By utilizing Passionfroot’s integration with Stripe, you can enjoy a reliable and efficient payment solution, allowing you to focus on growing your business without worrying about the intricacies of payment processing.
To pay using Card:
1. Select Pay with Card and then choose Continue to Payment.
2. This will take you to Stripe to make your card payment.
3. Once payment has finished, an option to download the invoice or the receipt will be available.
Bank Transfers
Passionfroot has just rolled out a new Bank Transfer option for our partners, enabling large companies with procurement departments to pay via bank transfer. In addition, this new option helps both you and the creator enjoy lower transfer fees (hence we pass on a discount to you).
To pay using Bank Transfer:
1. Choose the Bank Transfer option and select Continue to Payment. Here you can enter your billing details for the invoice.
2. Once you’ve entered billing details, finalize and complete payment by following the Bank Transfer prompts. If you have access to your bank, simply wire the money with the reference and account details shown.
3. If you need an invoice for procurement, simply download the invoice and share it with your finance department for payment.
Once initiated, a payment usually takes 1-5 days to arrive.
External Payment links
We want to help you make the most informed and safe decision for your transaction so If you receive a payment link from the creator, that directs you to an external platform instead of using the platform's built-in system, you may notice a gentle reminder. This helps you identify unusual payment links and benefits you might miss out on like automated invoicing, and dedicated support.
